Our Blooms
Are they real flowers?

Yes! Our arrangements are created using 100% real flowers and foliage that look and feel fresh.

How do they stay looking fresh for up to a year?

Ethereal Blooms undergo a unique preservation process which removes the water content and replaces it with natural oils. This enables the flowers and foliage to stay looking fresh with no water or maintenance requirements.

Do the flowers or foliage have a smell?

Some of the materials such as the eucalyptus and lavender retain their scent. Most of the other flowers and foliage don’t have a strong smell once they have undergone the preservation process.

What do I need to do to maintain the flowers?

Ethereal Blooms require no water or maintenance. We do have some care suggestions though to keep them looking fresh for as long as possible. Please click here to read our full flowercare guide.

Will the flowers affect my hayfever?

The preservation process deactivates the pollen of the flowers making them very unlikely to cause hayfever symptoms.

Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship to?

You can currently order through our website for delivery to the UK, USA and UAE. For delivery to other countries please contact us at info@etherealblooms.com for a quote.

Do you accept returns?

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your blooms we offer a 14 day returns policy on all standard arrangements available on our website. As Ethereal Blooms are very delicate we can only accept returns if the arrangement has not been removed from the packaging insert they are secured into for delivery and must be returned in the same packaging they were received in. Please email info@etherealblooms.com with your order number to receive further instructions.

Although we package our arrangements very carefully there may be some instances when damage occurs during shipping. If this happens please contact info@etherealblooms.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery with photos showing damage to the bouquet and packaging so we can find a resolution.

Bespoke arrangements can only be returned if they have been damaged in transit and haven’t been removed from their packaging insert. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We accept accept all major debit and credit cards from customers through our secure online payment portal. This includes Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Visa Electron and Paypal.

Personal information you provide directly:

  • Username and password, nickname/screen name
  • Information regarding payment, however this does not include your payment card details, which you provide directly to our payment processors. We do not collect or store payment card details.
  • Content you provide (such as photographs, videos, reviews, articles, survey responses and comments)

This is usually collected:

  • When you create an account, eg place an order, register for a subscription, interact with us via social media, post, telephone or email. Calls to us may be recorded for security and training purposes.
  • You are under no obligation to provide any such information. Providing your personal data to us (in particular, your personal details, your email, your billing and shipping address and telephone number) is necessary for processing your order for the purchase of products on the Website, supplying other services provided on the Website upon your request, or when your personal data is needed to fulfil obligations required by law or regulations. Eg. Information is provided to us through social media networks or one of our mobile applications when you visit our social media pages or use one of our mobile applications (such as your name, profile picture, likes, location, friend list and other information described on the social media network or application sign-up page, or your geo-location details when using one of our mobile applications). The information we receive will depend on the privacy preferences you have set on social media platforms.

For your convenience, our mobile applications may also include functionality that allows you to remain logged in to the application so that you do not have to reenter a password each time you want to access the application. IF YOU CHOOSE TO REMAIN LOGGED IN, YOU SHOULD BE AWARE THAT ANYONE WITH ACCESS TO YOUR MOBILE DEVICE WILL BE ABLE TO ACCESS AND MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR MOBILE ACCOUNT AND MAY BE ABLE TO MAKE PURCHASES THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT. We do not rent lists, or sell or otherwise disclose personal information we collect about you, except as described here.

  1. Trusted third party service providers who perform services on our behalf based on our instructions. Examples of these service providers include entities that process credit card payments, fulfill orders, couriers, delivery drivers and provide web hosting, advertising and marketing services.

We do not provide your payment information with payment processors- you provide it directly to them. We use Stripe. If we suspect your account is being misused, then we may make an exception and discuss your identity details/ purchase history with our payment processor.

You can remove or delete out social media application from your social networking account. To do so, follow instructions provided by your social network (for example facebook help centre).

We may transfer the personal information we collect about you to countries other than the country in which the information was originally collected and your personal information may be processed and stored outside of your country of residence. Those countries may not have the same data protection laws as your country of residence and your personal information will be subject to applicable foreign laws. If you are under 18 years of age, you may browse our site. However, you may not provide personal information to us and you may not download any of our mobile applications.
